Video of Jack and his Tree Swing

Ryan made Jack a tree swing and actually climbed up 35 feet in the tree to hang it. Jack discovers new ways to ride on it every day.

Video of Jack getting into the Suburban

This is the first video I've posted. I'm sorry it is sideways - my program won't let me rotate it. I'll have to figure that out today.

Here's Jack's favorite way to get into the car. He's been doing this since he was two.

Easter Egg Hunt

Jack found all 43 Easter Eggs - even the ones that Dutch tried to sneak away. The weather was a little colder than we had expected so he had to put on his sweat pants that are too short now for his long legs.

Easter Egg Coloring

Mimi and Yoyo came over and helped color easter eggs with Jack. Mimi also made cascarones that quickly became Jack's favorite thing to do.
There was so much confetti that Jack was able to make confetti angels. :) Then later that night, we went to Erich and Robyn's easter egg coloring party and Jack's egg won in the Under 5 category. He picked out his prize and got the wind-up chicken that lays bubble gum eggs. They also gave him a big basket of pool toys and candy. It was very sweet.

Spring Break Fun

We've been busy playing, so it's been a couple of days since I last posted pictures. Jack loved flying his kite and discovered that he could fly it while driving his jeep. We also took the train adventure downtown and back And there's always backyard climbing fun. He's always been a great climber.

Jack's "Best Friends Party"

Two days ago it was snowing, and today was absolutely beautiful. Today was Jack's "Best Friends Party" where he got to make the invitation list. Wes, Aubrey, Charlotte, Izzie, Kaitlin and Eva had a great time. In fact, it was a climb-and-slide, dogpiling, bike riding, whistle-blowing, sand-piling fantastic time. When it was over, Jack crashed on the couch.

There's Snow!!

We were so excited to actually see snow this morning! We thought it would miss us, but we at least got enough to have a little fun. We all got up at 6:40 this morning and couldn't get dressed fast enough. Daddy decided to go to work a little late.
Jack loved throwing snowballs - especially at Dutch and Cocoa. Dutch loved it and kept trying to eat the snow but Cocoa ran the other way. Dutch's coat was 3 inches long, and he panted inside the house so we had to give him a haircut last week, and then it snows! But he loves his lumberjack coat. Jack drove his Jeep down to the field and loved making a "racetrack." He also made his first doughnut in the field (takes after his Mimi). Cocoa raced around the field and had a ball. It was a great morning.
