It's our family tradition to go to the Opening Day of the State Fair. Jack always loves the horses and petting zoo. This year he watched the trains around Big Tex for half an hour and wanted us to build a train for our backyard. We didn't try the fried cookie dough or fried chili burrito, but Jack did make it home with Cotton Candy - compliments of his Mimi.
